Can we choose our own Caterer or bring our own food?
You are welcome to use your own catering company, bring your own food or use our Partner. Please note OCCI does not provide plates, paper or glass wares.
The OCCI has plenty of parking options. A parking coordinator will be available to assist.
Is Alcohol allowed on the property?
You are welcome to bring alcohol. It may be given to your guest but not sold. All state rules will be in place and it is recommend to hire a licensed professional or company.
What time can we access the Venue?
Your package will determine what time you can access the OCCI.
What about inclement weather?
Since this is a rustic outdoor venue weather is always part of the planning process. Since we can't control Mother Nature nor can you we will assist you and your planner with a back up plan as the event gets closer.

Visit the "Our Packages" page for more details or give us a call. Additional tents, tables, chairs, decor, audio systems, special lighting are items you will want to consider bringing or getting from our "Wedding Supply Rentals" partners.
We also highly recommend using a wedding planner professional! They are of great value at the end of the day and this option gives you the most flexibility in your wedding plans.
What is the capacity of the Venue?
The OCCI packages are designed to accommodate up to 150 guest. If your party is larger just let us know and we will work through the details.
Your Package includes the use of 2 portable restrooms and 1 outdoor wash station.
The Bridal Home also has a restroom reserved the for the Bridal Party and Parents. A Bridal Home attendant will assist you with your special needs the day of the event.
